I don't understand the desire to turn KCD into a poor Skyrim clone--I mean that's another, different game.
I will have to look into that, thanks.
You said it yourself:
ROFLMAO XD
And most (if not all) of these mods were well before the major Patch and API change back in Nov 2019, which broke many mods.
I have never seen any mods for KCD that actually change body models that were any good (there were some early & poor attempts at beard, faces & eyes, but again, probably broken now).
The game has a small fantasy component in the way of special potions (think The Witcher) and a magical Storage Chest (again, like The Witcher) - but beyond that is meant to be strictly Medieval Fiction (with not even a magical sword).
There are some mods at Nexus Mods, just keep in mind that any before Nov 2019 are probably OBE.
If I wanted to "go Play Skyrim or Dragon Age", I would've done that. Problem is Dragon Age are "One-Time" games like Mass Effect, due to how story-heavy they are and once you finish them, there is no reason to ever come back.
On the other hand Skyrim s a bad, bad, overhyped garbage game that isn't even worth of being called an Elder Scrolls Game, but that's a topic for another tea party.
The thing is, I was here asking for information on the modding situation of the game, I do not recall asking what I should be doing instead. Carry on.
That really answers my question, thank you!
That said, the fact that you're looking for ways to make it something that it isn't, and was never designed to be, suggests that you're not happy and not enjoying the game. It also suggests you'll never be happy with with KCD.
It suggests that what you really want is a different game. Skyrim is one such game that comes to mind--so the suggestions to play Skyrim are appropriate.
One of the main attractions about this game is the 'realism'. A lot of people are just fed up with the puerile fantasies that dominate the market. You can only spend so much time submerged in delusions before your mind and powers of rational thinking atrophy. Or you starve to death.
But that's beside the point.
If you haven't or can't play the game 'as is' all the way through...at least once...you don't know the game or what it is about. And probably never will.
