As a side note - if you bring him back to Rattay he simply stands in the jail cell throughout ur entire playthrough existence.
All of Radzig's talk of "(bring them back... maybe the executioner can get more out of them" never amounts to anything. Clearly the writer's record was stuck on this point - and Radzig never brings it up if Henry decides differently.
Release some, kill some, bring some back... the game is pretty much hard coded and these decision have no bearing on the overall story - just local Reputation.
I think killing Timmy prevent you from recruiting his sister later for Prybyslkavitz (From the Ashes), but i'm not sure.
Long live save scumming:

A Woman's Lot:
~4 hours playing as Theresa at Skalitz around the time of invasion (before and after - ends with why she was in Skalitz during Homecoming) - Your can then move on to help Johanka by doing some fetch quests for her - some sort of moral stuff too, but i've never done it (Madonna of Sassau?)
Band of Bastards:
side mission with a Mercenary Band - group vs. group fighting - the last one being fairly hard & best group melee combat
The Amorous Adventures of Bold Sir Hans Capon:
the first part is good, then the others are sort of fetch quests, although the last part involves dicing & a band of mercenary/bandits
From the Ashes:
If you like to Build, but all the buildings are pre-canned and you just provide the coin - it takes ~90k to build it all, or you can "manage" the town while the income builds up to help pay for improvements.
There's also "the dog" that i never use, Treasure Maps that make an easy game even easier, and maybe a few other things. I bought the complete package from the beginning.
As far as mods - i merged a bunch of mods into my game files directly (rpg_param.xml), and then made some tweaks myself to greatly reduce the need grinding (like Herbalism, Lockpicking, Alchemy, etc.) - i run vanilla Stam & damage, but i finally turned off Master Strikes, and melee combat is WAY more fun now - especially since Henry likes to wander around prior to finally giving in and going to talk to Radzig
Since i only run Hardcore, i do run a mod for re-activating the vanilla UI (i cant be bothered with no map location) - and i tweak the weight up just a bit (still hit the weight limit daily, before having a horse).
I also run No More Rain & Hood Up, & Ultimate Saving
The only other mod is KCD Architect - which allows you to add objects. Not real versatile, but i like adding Laundry Stations (the wash tub in Architect cleans ALL ur things), and you can also drop a bed in a pinch.
Here's how i learned to combine mods into game file (be sure to backup original):
