Can you get all perks?

Are there enough skill points to unlock all the perks? Or I have to choose between them...

You can get all the perks on some skills but not all perks on all skills

If you press Q and select a skill, it will pop up a tool tip and state what levels awards perk points - you can figure it from there.

At low levels, i am very careful with spending on certain skills, becuz the 2 perks at the next level are better (as an example).

I'm sure someone on the web has all the details, but u can figure it our for yourself fairly well.

You can if you install a mod but it WILL break your game.
