let's do this, fav weapons post, another one XD
Short swords and hunting swords suck. Axes are meh.

I was loving this hammer for a while (beats all other "maces" for damage - just check ur stats), but it makes the game too easy (pounds through opponent's stamina quickly).
https://kingdom-come-deliverance.fandom.com/wiki/Heavy_warhammer
p.s. u can get the hammer as a drop from heavily armored folks at Skirmish sites - like Skalitz, and the path along the river from Sassau to Rovna. Really sucks when your opponent has one :)
Kinda OP so lately I've been sticking to swords.
Stinger is awesome. Repeatedly shoving that thing up someone's nose eventually kills them. Ditto St. George's longsword. Wicked stab damage which is my go-too when using a sword.
I tend to use Hunting Swords for all the early Main Quests - any other weapon is simply OP until ur opponents are wearing better armor. 1-2 hit kills on most enemies (but i'm fairly strong/agile before i start main quest).
The Stinger has a very high Stab damage, and Stabs (jab) are quick and get through more often than Swings (just like unarmed combat).
So, you can jab the chest also, even for fully armored opponents, and will start doing enormous damage to their torso once you cause enough damage to armor.
They are extremely powerful, which is really accurate historically speaking. It can be fun to use but it trivialize the game a bit too much, and it doesn't fit so much with the gameplay.
Agree. I have trained quite a bit with Capt. Bernard in polearms and I've come to the conclusion that they aren't even fun (or interesting) to play with, although against someone with a polearm can be mildly challenging.
Bottom line, however, is that while Henry is wise to be proficient in all weapons, the polearm is for peasants and foot soldiers. Henry has his sights set a little higher... usually.
or
magdeburg longsword - love fighting with a longsword as this one looks best with the plate armour personally
Which mod is this?
Ah, yeah, I concur bigly on that -
Let me quote myself from a long-dead thread -
