Fell through the floor

So somehow the game managed to save my position underneath a staircase and now I am stuck inside a wall. Cannot fast travel or anything. My last manual save with savior lies back a good amount of time and I would hate to redo everything. Is there any way to get out of this situation ?

Try to reload the save, if it's an exit save, quit without saving, then reload. This happened to me a few times aswell and till now, reloading that same save fixed it. Another option might be to drink till you pass out, you should wake up somewhere else. That is, if you have enough alcohol on you and didn't choose that one perk wich prevents you from passing out from drinking. Note that you can lose random items from your inventory if you do this.

If that doesn't help, try Console Commands.
First, you have to activate devmode. Type "-devmode" in Steam launch options (right click on the game in your library, click on Properties. Should be a dialog box under General tab). This unlocks console commands.
Bring up the console (should be the button under the Esc key. For me it's ', for americans it's ~) and type "P_Fly_Mode 1" to fly.
Maybe you'll need the no clip command as well: "P_Collisions 1"
Type them again but with 0 instead of 1 to deactivate commands. Make sure you re-enable collisions before disabling fly mode or you'll fall through the ground again.

And don't worry. You don't disable achievements or get labbeled a cheater if you use console commands.

Drink to oblivion, with one drinking perk you find your way home safely, without it you will wake in a random spot. (Though you can also break the mechanic by another perk that prevents you passing out iirc).

Thanks for the answers ! I wasn´t able to drink myself down, since I didnt have that much alchohol with me at that time. But I was able to shoot someone outside with the bow and let myself be arrested for a few days.
I had already tried to reload without saving. But seems the save had put me right into this strange Position for some reason.
