Lost Sir Hans in forest after hunt

Is there a suggestion to finding him? Send Mutt back to mill for help??

He's lying in the bushes near the Cuman camp. Turn up your sound and you'll hear him calling for you - if you're lucky you might notice the white text on the screen. He IS there, but a bit of a ♥♥♥♥♥ to find. I rely on audio every time to find him (done it three times.)

so if you look on the map, there is a river and then by that river is a Coal camp or something. Now if you look north of the coal camp, youll see that road that heads North. There are three roads that go east. the 3nd road you should take a left on He is probably mid way down that road and to the right, just a little off the path. When you go north on that road, if you get to a 4 way cross roads, you've gone to far. Its the road just before that.

After you run after the boar there will be a wide area to search, in the area is a Cuman camp where you'll need to free Sir Hans.

FWIW the cuman camp is also always in the same place. you can probably find a screenshot with a marker of exactly where he is with a little googling. I usually come across the camp by accident when i head out of talmberg via the master hunter's hut (up the hill on the outskirts of the town) so it must be somewhere around there if that helps.

This part of the game plays so much better if you have your own horse. You can ride along with Sir Hans as he chases the boar and encounter the Cuman attack with him, and defend him from getting captured in the first place.
No need to go searching for him.

For some reason I cant edit my previous reply, but here is a more accurate description.
Leaving Talmberg via the master hunters hut there are 2 paths, the one on the right that quickly forks into two is the wrong path. Take the path on the left heading northeast, and before long there is small game trail to turn onto. It's pretty easy to miss IIRC. If you reach the open field, you've gone too far- the path is about halfway between the hunters hut and that field, on the right. That trail will take you southeast straight past/into the cumin camp where Hans is being held tied to a tree. This is the easiest way to find that camp but definitely not the fastest if you are doing it during the mission where you're meant to be finding him, since it comes from the opposite direction (maybe you get lost searching and end up finding the master hunters hut instead like I have a few times, then it could be helpful)

Otherwise, you might come across an unmarked grave during your search. It's difficult to describe where this is without a reference point, but if you happen across it this grave is right next to a "T-intersection" on the road, if you just take the branch road that will lead you into the camp from the opposite direction.

I usually run in and murder them all, but depending on your armor/skill level your experience may vary. You can sneak around and untie him and escape without a fight if that is your preference.
