I can't launch the game, stuck on splash screen

Since yesterday I've been trying to play the game to no avail. It keeps getting stuck on splash screen "not respodning", I tried reinstalling, fixing steam files and updating drivers. On my previous rig which was much worse than my current one the game was running fine, maybe it has something to do with my 4k monitor? Plz help.

Got none. The game seems to be conflicting heavily with Bitdefender antyvirus so for future reference: If you run Bitdefender you need to set EVERY possible exeption for the game via Bitdefender (firewall, antyvirus, advanced protection).
