does enabling devmode disable achievements?

I know using mods and the console dont disable achievements but i want to be sure, if i type in -devmode in the steam launch options of this game, does it disable achievements?

i don't know myself, but the fastest way to test it yourself, if you want to, is commiting crime in Skalitz and getting arrested, then getting the Firefly? achievement for burning in jail while Skalitz is sacked. Provided you haven't got the achievement already, that is.
