I do understand the impulse, though. I made some choices that I don't regret exactly but made me wish that Prib could be developed even further. I suspect ...don't know for sure... that when From the Ashes was conceived, the devs were stretching historical accuracy as it was.

You can get plenty of people actually, depending on your choices throughout the game, or in Prib itself. You can get a baker for your bakery through a judgement. Mirka yea she will come if you let her little bro Timmy live (and i mean, he's mentally challenged obviously, so things that he got involved in grew over his head and he probably lacked the capacity to understand it all..).
You can bring Fritz and Matthew, you can get Armoursmiths- Zach or Ota from Sassau (again depending on how you do the side quest between them..), you can bring Adam (Bianca's brother who owned Skalitz pub), you can bring Raspberry and Kunesh to be your woodcutters.. there's a good number of people to have with you in the village.
You killed Timmy ? You monster !!!! That's like kicking a puppy. She won't come to Prybislavitz now - she hates you.
Every time you bring a 'specialist' you make a bit more profit, and while it's kinda fun you're literally making so much money from Pryb anyway it makes little difference.
I simply want to get the best people for the trophy. The town made 1500g a day and I need 2K a day for the trophy.
I did all of it. I only need Mirka and when I looked up most forums are like from 2018. But since I killed Timmy I cannot get Mirka, that's why I asked if there was someone else besides Mirka.
I don't care about the money. I want the trophy lol.
I did all other NPC'S and only need a alehouse maid. But apparently Mirka is the only one getting mentioned as viable NPC for the tavern. But since all forums are old I thought there might have been someone else besides Mirka.
Except me being able to trick nobles and monks but not some millhouse wench is not really realistic. Unless we were in modern times and they found my DNA on Timmy's corpse.
Look at it this way - Mirka told you where Timmy is, and now he's dead, somehow, some way. Doesn't matter if she knows you killed him or not, her implicit trust is that telling you about Timmy would some how keep him safer, and look how that turned out. Hard life lesson for Mirka, no doubt. She might think, "What's more, I was the only one who knew where Timmy was... hmmmm...."
Fast forward to some time later, and here comes Henry, all smiles, says, "Hey, I know that your brother is dead, and I had nothing to do with it, honest! Say, how'd ya like to come work for me, the guy whom you trusted to keep Timmy out of danger, in a remote, tiny village, where every day you will wake up and see me, the constant reminder of your simple-minded brother's death at the hands of... someone... " Yeah, someone who apparently knew the location of my brother EVEN THOUGH I ONLY TOLD THIS ONE GUY RIGHT HERE WHO NOW WANTS ME TO SLAVE AWAY ALL DAY IN HIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TAVERN! Or possibly to murder me since only he and I knew where Timmy was, and you don't have to be Sherlock ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Holmes to figure it out.'
Yeah, sounds like a groovy career move for Mirka.
But hey! It's your game, your choices, man. Good luck on meeting your trophy goal.
The bandits literally found the ''secret'' place too even if you kill Timmy or not :P Forums even mention ''if Timmy is killed by bandits you can still recruit her'' so yeah...
You can literally speech check guards after pickpocketing them infront of their eyes while they try to arrest you :') ''I have a secret task'' kind of style.
But some miller wench who wasn't on the scene knows 100% what happend to her brother despite having Istvan's gang looking for him.
It's simply stupid.
Anyway how far are you from the 2k groshen/day income for the achievement? There are 10+ judgements to be made in Prib and some of them can bring in extra income. And there's always next playthrough for you. I've started a HC playthrough (3rd playthrough that i intend to finish, 2 before were normal) a couple of weeks ago.
edit: also what salary did you agree on with Marius? Another source of few extra coins if you don't raise it too much. Plus your tavern is the greatest income, soldiers (if you build guardhouse) will bring some extra. Also next time you may put the church restoration on hold for the start, so you get the maximum profit with minimum costs, and only when you pass the achievement you rebuild it.
