Missing treasure map X in hardcore mode

Anybody else not able to find this map? It's supposed to be in the locked chest in the shed in the North East corner of the Inn in the Glade, but it's not there in either of my hardcore playthroughs.

Also, I noticed that the Alehouse Maid is weeping on a bench every morning. What's up with her?

The only time I seen the Alehouse Maid weeping was due to Gallows Brothers quest, where Andrew is hanged or hanged along with M & F.

Map X isn't there in HC, confirmed over all my HC play-throughs.
