iirc you can sell him anything including non stolen items. but he is one of the few people who accept stolen goods
This game doesnt actually have an influence type function between person and person.
fences in the game are automatically programmed to buy stolen items while others arent. But its possible to sell stolen items to non fences in the game through perks and speech and charisma.
YOu dont gain influence with a person thus creating special treatment or that kinda thing.
Its solely based on your charisma and speech.
the higher your charisma and speech the greater your chance of of succeeding in dialoge checks. And getting more when your haggling.
I cant say for sure whether theres a difference between non stolen items and stolen items to a fence money wise. As i havent actually played a stealing type and didnt pay attention on the rare occassions i accidently stole
not between person and person no. but theres overall influence however. meaning there is influence between a person and a group of people. just thought id add that.
