1. The Back Door - there's a back entrance on the southern end of the Skalitz hills. You can wander around the roads on the hills and find it, and inside it will have chalk arrows pointing you the way to the mine gallery where the counterfeiters are working.
Also, during the 'Damsel in Distress' quest, while saving Esther from the bandits, leave one of the bandits alive and he'll surrender, at which time you can engage him in a dialogue that will reveal the location of the back entrance and mark it on your map. He'll even tell you about the arrows inside the mine marked in chalk.
2. The Ninja - Above the mine entrance on the hill behind it, there's a path that leads down to the entrance. Park your horse above the path, get in your finest dark clothing and arm yourself with a bow, and sneak over to the tree that overlooks the mine gallery entrance. Shoot a couple of arrows into the middle of the group, don't worry about hitting anyone, then scurry away to your left (north) where there's a rocky outcropping directly above the mine entrance - work your way down the outcropping until you're sitting right about the entrance way. You have to move quickly, because every one of those bandits will tread up that path and search around the spot where you were shooting at them. They will stay there a while.
As you look down from that outcropping, there may still be a guard standing in front of the entrance. You can drop down behind that guy and choke him out (no killing, reputation hit). If there's no guard there, then just drop down and move your way into the mine. Be warned - there are a couple of roamers in there, but you will find a dead end shaft on the left as you move into the mine where you can hide until they pass.
Once they pass, continue on your previous path until you get to the crossroads with three shafts in front of you - listen carefully for the voices, and take the shaft where they seem loudest.
3. The Stalker - You can approach the entrance from the southern path and sneak your way behind some tents that are set up there. Keep your body still and your ears open - the guards will be talking to each other and will mention some handy information about a back entrance - once you hear that tidbit, it should mark that location on your map (same back entrance as mentioned in item 1 above). Once you get all the news you can, sneak back out and go find that back entrance.
4. The YOLO - If you are by yourself (no Ulrich), this will require some deft horse maneuvering. Approach from the southern path and stop well before they see you. Stay mounted and draw your bow, pick a target, and start unloading arrows until they start rushing you - while still mounted, draw your favorite melee weapon and charge the bunch at a sprint and run over them as you swing. Keep sprinting and steer between the tents on the left and wagon on the right, you'll see the path continue north out of the camp a little ways - it's a much shorter path, so once you clear through the bushes a little ways, wheel the horse around, aim back down the way you came, and charge again. Rinse and repeat until they are dead or until they unhorse you, at which point you'll have to melee the remainder on foot.
Also, this method requires mounds of cash for indulgences at your local church, as these bandits are on Sasau faction, I believe. If you kill the lot of 'em, that adds up to about 9-12k groschen at the church till. Or, if you don't care about rep hits, you don't have to pay anything.
5. The Suicide Pact - take Ulrich with you, charge in without worrying too much about how you're going to survive. Let Ulrich tank for you while you pick off selected targets from behind. Good luck with this one.
If you do survive, have cash on hand as well (see No. 3 above).
Whichever way you choose, good luck to you.
Jesus Christ be praise.
In run for merciful achievement i took the way from the back through the mines following the white arrows (how ParfunaMT described) At a crossing in the mines i saw an other entrance, so there are more entrances than one. Then you don't need to kill any person.
