Cant speak to Sir Erhart in Sir Hans Capon dlc

I am unable to speak to Sir Erhart, despite winning the dice tournament.

And you probably should not, as suggested by the guard guy. Does it matter? I haven't even seen that guy, just won the tournament and enlarged my collection of dice.

I dont think you can find out who killed the man by the river without talking to him

The guard tells you he had a set of nice dice, and the perp himself will tell you his story of what happened and how he ended with the group in the camp. I don't want to spoil but i heard it and reported him. That is i believe the resolution, but i haven't spoken to Erhart.
