Nest of Vipers: do Cumans/Bandits respawn?

In Nest of Vipers my plan is to chip away at the Cumans and Bandits in their camps. I made my first incursion and dispatched around six of 'em before retreating. Do they respawn?

I believe they do. I killed them all then rushed to start the mission and they still had their regular fighting numbers. I believe the only real purpose to dispatching them early is to more easily sabotage the camp and of course to loot boatloads of plate armor for resale.

On numerous occasions, I have killed the entire camps during the recon mission, and they have never respawned.

However, if you leave the Camp "Zone" and come back - they might respawn

I start at the back-door entrance to the Cuman's camp, and bottleneck them there - i do move into the forest a bit sometimes, but that's only when a couple of them swing around through the forest and attack from behind.

After killing everything in the Cuman Camp, i start aggroing and killing the Bandits - first any that are on patrol or guard duty, then increasingly into their camp - backing into the Cuman Camp as needed. There are quite a few Bandits around the tents on the far side of the Bandit camp that are hard to aggro, but they will sometimes come running if you can get a bandit guard to shout "Alarm".

After the Bandits are all killed - including the random guard along the West-ish road - i then proceed to raid the Bandit camp, loot the bandits, poison the bandit pots and burn their arrows.

Then i proceed down to the Cuman camp and raid their camp, loot the cumans, poisons the pots, and burn the arrows there.

I then mount up and ride out their front main road, where the fast travel point is.

They have never respawned when i do this, but i have never left the camp "Zone" and come back later to see if they do respawn... but i suspect they might.

i didnt mean that i fast travel away - i was just using the "where the fast travel point is" to identify which road i exit the area by. sorry for the confusion.

i haven't used fast travel for a long time, mostly because of the way they dump you in the middle of an ambush, but also it helps withh immersion to not fast travel. And i now tend to only play in hardcore, so fast travel isn't an option.

If you do them as part of the quest. No. After you cleared Pribyslavitz you can start the "From the Ashes" DLC which allow you to rebuild the town.

If you go to Pribyslavitz you can kill everyone there and they do respawn.
