Hardest fight for you in game (SPOILERS)

I recently beat the game and am going for a second play through and wanted to ask the community what they thought the hardest single encounter was for then in this game.

So far for me it's been the fight at the Windmill if you don't want to help those heathen bandits out. I think its 5v1 and too me hours.

Any fight with 2+ heavy armored plus a dog.... No dog is easymode for me now, I messed up recently on the mission to scout a certain bandit/cuman camp if you know what i mean. What felt like 70 dead bandits and cumans later I realised I had effectively cleared all but the keep? church? whatever the closed building was. Just back into a wall masterstroke and stab at face when you can and watch the bodies pile up...
Unless there is a dog who comes over and bites your hand so the enemies can wail on you without you being able to do anything to stop them until you have punched the dog to death.

As for now i encountered 2 really difficult fights.
First one was a night raiding camp of cumans (3 people) to the south of Talnberg (in the woods) + nearby random encounter cumans (3 medium armored cumans + 2 archers) vs bandits (4 people + 2 dogs). It was hell of a fight.
But i made a huge mistake by killing archer with torch in the middle of a fight. So it leads to dishonored death in full darkness. Even nighthawk potion was useless.
It was pretty easy to snipe several people with a bow at first. But things gone terible wrong with those damn torch.

Second one happened just now. It's an ambush on the road a little bit to the south from charcoal-burners camp near Talmberg. Road was blocked by several cuted trees. And just before that my dog started to growl so i was able to stop and take some potions before fight.
It was 3 SUPER heavy armored bandits. Full plate armour on each. 2 was with Metal-plated battle axes and heavy shields and one with Longinus' sword (longsword). Those atacked me from the bushes to the left.
And in about 1 minute a pack of cumans (3 people) with a dog comes from nowhere. I has no idea where they come from. I just got an arrow in my back =)
Cumans was slashed in seconds and 1 bandit was distructed by my dog so i even to fight only with 2 at once.
It was a first time when i break several pieces of my armour below 50% and my axe below 95%.
Man those fight was even harder than winning the Rattay tournament.
P.S. Player level 18 with about 15 average combat stats.

the same.. Windmill took me 5-7 attempts to over maneuver them and ofc.. position self fast and precisely right after dialogue.. and before it somehow split them and get few sec of time...

i really didnt expect it and i was there too early

actually i think i just run away in first playthru at end

another one was more less fun - i accidentally lost my way and somehow find Pribyslav.. really too early :-D ..but i kill 10 of them one by one with random luck, when i fall into stream and it wasnt wide for 2 ppl, then only one can attack me and other must wait :)

and ofcourse quest Run! :-D

When Im fighting and my arm is getting gnawed off by a dog I simply spam attack and punch him until he whines and then either dies or lets go, at which, one more hit basically kills it.

My health doesnt seem to suffer badly or that enemies even hit me at all and so it makes me wonder if the game has some auto-regulation kicking in?

(i guess i need to monitor this a bit more to determine...)

Alot of games have a hidden difficulty slider, when I first started playing enemies would just stand around more or less waiting when a dog grabbed me, as stated in my earlier post though i now frequently kill large groups of heavy armed and armored enemies, and not with some super gear( the mistake I made with the bandit/cuman camp was I thought I could wear the full body covering gear from a stealth killed cuman watchman to sneak in under disguise) so 70ish dead enemies while kitted in the same gear as them.

Now when a dog grabs me every enemy in striking range does a full combo of 3-4 attacks each.
This doesn't prove this game uses a dynamic hidden difficulty slider but I wouldn't be surprised.

I only fought one of those suckas at the windmill. Hell no I wasn’t going to fight like that on their terms, 5 to 1. So I bullshitted my way out of it, then choked out the guy left with me and finished him off.

Hardest fight for me was the very last bandit camp that the Sasau mayor or whatever gives you. Those guys were like Jedi knights. I managed to face the leader one on one in an open field and it was epic, we fought through the night till dawn.

Other hardest fight was a large battle in the rain. My system kept crashing.
