I can see that they are both wearing armour but cannot speak to them?
Am I missing something or perhaps did I do something wrong in a quest?
Spoiler text follows
The other guy is Matthias and he is a worker as a stablehand in Merjohed, so in essence out of the 3 of them he is the only one that cleans up his act and pursues an honest path in life. Fritz and Matthew have the grand scheme eventually that they want to steal the Talmberg quarry workers wages for 1/3 of the year which in all likelyhood would mean that most of them would die of starvation or be financially ruined unless they managed to squirrel some "rainy day" money away. That is a far cry from stealing from the pillagers of Skalitz and/or Sigismund's soldiers which is what they were originally supposed to be proposing and why you may have chose to do the quest to get 3 suits of cuman armor. When Henry fails to talk them out of it, in my mind they made thier choice and Henry only has to make his. His choices are to: not take the quest and leave them to whatever thier fate is (i.e. parting ways), help them as an active participant, or betray them to the Talmberg authorities (i.e. Sir Robard). It is also possible to implicate Andrew (the Innkeeper at the Inn of the Glade) and then let him take the fall or implicate all 3 of them which in my opinion is the fate that all three of them deserve (this will earn you the Judas achievement). I never really forgave Andrew for buying Adam's Silver Cross that he knew was stolen, yet sent you on a merry goose chase to go and try to retrieve from the Rovna Charcoal Burners anyway. Then he has the gall to want to sell it back to you so you can give it to the rightful owner who is a Skalitz refugee with nothing left (Adam). Yeah.......sorry pal....no way.....I robbed him blind one night by looting his chest of stolen goodies in the back room of the basement and even taking the clothes off his back......he deserves to hang along with your former friends whom unfortunately choose to become the form of lowest common denominator.
