No. But all quests have more then one way to solve them. There are many different way to solve a quest that is not described in your quest log.
But if you want to solve a quest in a spesific way to get a spesific result then you have to reload the game.
They probably are not. Some quests you have to wait 3 to 5 days before events take blase that the quest does not tell you about if you don't start to ask around about it.
