Is there a way to abandon a quest that is stuck or broken so you can start it over?

Without undoing any other progress you may have made by reloading an old save?

Im stuck on several broken quests now and it would really suck to reload old saves and lose all my other progress for that.

There are many ways to solve quests, try other solutions. Save often, so reloading isn't so painful.

No. But all quests have more then one way to solve them. There are many different way to solve a quest that is not described in your quest log.

But if you want to solve a quest in a spesific way to get a spesific result then you have to reload the game.

They probably are not. Some quests you have to wait 3 to 5 days before events take blase that the quest does not tell you about if you don't start to ask around about it.
