That's the reason why I didn't want to do it, because I want that achievement for having 80+ rep in all towns and I already made the awesome experience of how effing totally broken the stinking reputation system is. I'm really fed up of it. I don't want to spend another 10+ real-time hours on trying to repair a bad reputation that I didn't even deserve, because I didn't do anything... it's absolutely ridiculous.
The more I play this game, the more I hate it... usually it should be the other way around... so much broken stuff...
Please read. As I already wrote: It was totally impossible to sneak up on him. 1) He was turning around every 3 seconds, even when he had not even seen me. Looks north... 3sec later... turns around 180 degrees and looks south... 3sec later looks north... again... 24/7 he was standing there and doing it. 2) He would IMMEDIATELY notice me as soon as I stepped into the invisible barrier of his 'house', no matter which way he was facing and me making 0 noise and stealth 13.

Henry is the law.
Why do I say this? Well, it's too easy. Generally, the treasure is hidden. This guy is just camped out here, and the chest near him seems to contain hunting equipment and supplies, not "loot" that someone would be tryin' to hide.
Leave the area (some considerable distance away) and come back. There pig will be gone due to the cell resetting.
Indeed. By chance I passed by there after some time and the pig was gone. Thanks for the help anyway.
You're welcome.
