Need help with hunting spots

Is it just me or anyone else experience this ? every hunting spots I found do not have or around animals but only rabbits :( .
or Do I need to wait still for hours to animals actually come to the spots ?

Hunting is a patient sport. Are your sound and visibility levels low? They are there, not in huge numbers as is the case in RL. Had no problems with this but being old, patience comes more naturally to me☺☺☺

The way devs made hunting spots:
Put a spot in the forst, put two or three of the specific animal in, job done.

If you are very lucky you will find four deers at the same time, thats the maximum. Beside rabbits, they are everywhere.

Some spots I came across there were some deer but they were the kind that run miles away from you and you will never catch them.

Killing roe deer can be tricky. Try to kill one at long range and then chase the rest on horseback.

Hunting is a joke in this game! Very dissapointed, I had higher hopes, we allready have a very good hunting game I wonder why they didnt even try to copy some of the aspects from "the Hunter"

I wear black clothes, stripped off armor and wear silent shoes, press C all the time while I am about to arrive the spot but all the spots I found are empty

Hunting spots does not mean there will be alot of animals there, they simply mean that you can hunt there in that forest

No. Still cannot hunt there legally.
It just indicate a part of the forest in which the deer is running around. You need to look for them as the deer is running around in that forest, not standing on that spot idle waiting for you to shoot them down.

Hunting is kinda the only thing in the game that really wish WH would improve, sneaking doesnt seem to matter for animal AI. As for hunting spots, usually the animals move around that area, not exactly where the spot is.

Its Illegal everywhere I meant that there is animals around which you can hunt.. never said it was legal..

If you cook the meat it loses the stolen tag. Plus you can sell it for more.

well if you cook it it losses its game status aswell so cant be used on poaching Quests.. also its kinda like cheating, gives you a ton of money in a way thats not lore friendly but sure its youre game play it like you want :)

There are a few times ive gotten animal meat and it wasnt marked stolen, but I dont recall from where.
