In skyrim, witcher 3, mass effect and many other games theres debug console commands which usually you have to enable either by downloading a mod for it or going into the files and typing something in a certain file and saving. This is called Debug console commands.
In this game you download the mod called Cheat. Again its on nexusmods.com.
all the commands that this mod adds are also on the the cheat mod page.
go to nexusmods.com find the kingdom come deliverance page and in the search function just type in Cheat and it will be in the results of the search or just type cheat mod kingdom come deliverance in google.
Download it install it. Instructions on the cheat mod page of how to install. Its easy to install. And the commands the mod adds are in the description on the mods page.
This would answer much of your actual issue.
Other than that, you may be able to figure out a way to increase the amount of XP awarded per attack, per weapon. I have edited the RPG_params.xml file on several occasions to reduce grinding time (for things like alchemy), basically by increasing awarded XP per potion created.
This is where i learned to do that, and what can be changed:

I'm not trying to be rude but how would a cheat to save the game whenever you like solve this problem (if it actually exists)? You would need to complete the training with Bernard, then save the game, which you can do by simply drinking a Savior Schnapps. I've done 5 play through's and have trained with Bernard multiple times w/o crashing. Maybe something is going on with your system instead of the game? Try verifying your installation or if you already have cheats/mods disable them. You can also Save/Quit if you're desperate, even if you're in hardcore mode.
and this has happened many ways, win the tourney, Go talk to Hanush for the prize, and game decides it doesn't like me. then it want me to win the tourney again. Interrogate two people for a quest, and then game crashes, back to zero, I mean isn't it ridiculous and frustating ?
Edit : Latest example, Fresh gameplay on hardcore mode. I want a horse before the game gives me, So i went on foot to neuhof , In tthe halfway, I had some cumans waitng for me after skirmishing some merchants, I got them and looted all the corpses. I was overloded so decided to empty my "stolen" loot in broken wheel inn ,saved and backtracked on foot at walking speed all the way .. reached the inn, negotiated for the room and went to empty my inventory, and then sat on the bed and gave "sleep and save" Dang! Game crash , I am back to the point where i had to loot the corpses.
Another ! Game crashed again at the same place, I just happened to save it 2 seconds before.
I think the confusion lies with interpretation of your question . I read it and likely noquid read it as you were crashing while you were trying to train with bernard. As In you asked to spar with bernard and during the sparring session you crashed.
What you meant however is you trained with bernard completed the training and then crashed some time later. But hadnt saved yet for whatever reason. so you lost your progress. If I had read it this way I would have said unlimited saving mod.
but even that doesnt actually fix your problem. YOur problem is crashing. YOU need to figure out why your crashing if the problem is to ever get fixed fully atleast.
So, first off - do you have more than 8GB RAM ?
Do you have moire than 15% free space on your main (& Game) hard drive ?
Check your CPU load/performance - (run Task manager before starting game) - since game saves use reconfiguration & compression of data, it is a CPU load.
Are you running Overclocked ?
Are you Alt-Tabbing out/in to game ?
Are you using a game overlay ?
Shut down all unnecessary applications (browsers, overlays, discord, etc.)
Sidenote: I have the exact same problem when I try to play CoD Warzone. After playing a couple games, the game starts stuttering, then eventually it crashes. That's not your PC, it's their code, but many people have that problem.
Definitely, verify the installation via steam. I've done that in the past and files were fixed/updated.
whats your graphics settings?
try not using textures setting above HIGH and see if it keeps crashing...
