Im getting frustraded that i cant continue on this quest because of simple dumb errors

Alt tabbed while in dialouge with her, returned to see that there was no rain and the sun was out
So i took my chance and it worked

She's not worth dating mate. Try turning up in the middle of the night half dead, she won't even let you wake her up.... you'll bleed out and die in front of her while she's snoring.

As for women being awkward about time and rain, that sounds pretty realistic to me.

If you want to talk to her the next day or week or month she acts like nothing happend and you never went out with her.

well the game is realistic about women too
