A pop up occured when I said I would help her husband, but there's no quest log for it. I gave her a rage potion as well to help her tiredness, but I hope that didn't 'complete' the quest.
I've tried looking around the refugee area but he isn't there, he must be in a house somewhere?
Also i had some friends asking about this, but I think you wont find him.
I had both in my inventory, but only the Rage option popped up.
I'll reload an earlier save and see if having no potions in my inventory will give me a marker to find him.
Look it's so earlygame and content is huge. Not possible to remember everything after more than 100 hours, sorry. I wish I took a note, but well... I didn't. :(
Forgot to get back to you guys.
So I couldn't get the marker or quest log to trigger no matter what I did. I did everything I could to find him after accepting the quest, including waiting for awhile and leaving and coming back in case he's only summoned once you accept the quest; nothing worked.
I eventually just gave Antonia gold to pay for better treatment, and gave her a rage potion to help her strength. Hopefully that's enough to save him.
If it makes you feel better, there's really nothing to gain if the guy survives or not, other than feeling a sense of self-gratification. Kinda like how the Red Baron from TW3 lives or die based on players choice. It doesn't do anything to the main plot.
I'd prefer he survive for RP reasons, I think it's just plain oversight that he doesn't show up on the map or the quest doesn't appear in the quest log.
It's a shame really.
There is a guy there with a generic name who always seems to be sleeping, maybe that's him?
There's no way to interact with him and he seems to be asleep 24/7.
He's usually in the lower section of the camp sleeping right near the ladder.
if you want to interrupt just a single npc while he's awake... throw some coins on the street. The nearest NPC will then interrupt its routine to pick up the coins. Then a new routine is assigned to him.
but there are also exceptions where this option doesn't work. but it's worth a try.
Good idea.
I think I still have a save from before I take the quest from Antonia, I'll give it a shot to wake up the random sleeping guy to see if I can heal him.
