Can't pull back bow?

I was able to dso it before but now for somereason it stays in the hip position and cant be pulled back fully. Help anyone?

do you have arrows equipped? if you ran out of arrows or don't have them equipped, nothing would happen and the bow would stay at your side

You need arrows equiped.

Do you have the required stats to use the bow? If you dont it fires when you just about draw it fully and you can't hold the arrow in place.

That's probably the problem. You need to meet the requirements to use the bow fully.

Make sure you have skill level to use the bow you have equipped. I ran into that. I could actually pull the bow, barely, and fire an arrow about 3 ft. Had to equip a lesser bow.
