Innkeepers not giving any quests?

So, I am in Rattay and 3 quest tipsters appeared on the map, but when I interact with them and ask if anyone needs help they say: "How should I know?"

Is my game bugged or...?

Hard to say. It could be. Or it could be related to your reputation. Or maybe you're all dirty and bloody and the innkeeper doesn't feel comfortable giving you a quest. Try bathing and getting your clothes washed, or try some high charisma clothing.

Already tried bathing and putting some high charisma clothing. My reputation in Rattay is good though, 100 with traders and 94 with citizens, but I stole some chalices from the castle.

Probably a bug. All bugs I've come across so far can be fixed by reloading. Or maybe you look too honorable and they're looking for shady characters, I dunno.

Sure... good luck. All the bugs I've encountered in-game so far have been fixable by reloading so if it is a bug hopefully you can get around it.

i think "how should i know" stands for - "there is no quest in this city"

I already tried reloading too. I tried to change my clothes and nothing. I travelled to Talmberg and asked the Innkeeper there if someone needed my help, he said no too. Maybe there are no new quests :(

They give tips where the quest are located not the actual quest the baliff also does this.

I know they give tips. But they aren't doing that.

You got them all then thhis game does not have as many side quests as the witcher or elderscrolls.
