the game wants me to speak with every man who want the job and i went to see alex for him to gather everyone for me, but 4 men and a woman showed up, i feel like i'm missing someone because the bellif isn't giving me an option to choose the worker...

i spoke to the lady in the church aswell.

help pls

and Antonia/Theresa which can bug out...so reloading might help or waiting till one of both shows up

Wait, Theresa was supposed to show up? I didn't have her show up, but I completed the quest just fine. Anyway, here's the list of people I talked to in order to complete the quest: Tonda, Vincent, Pickman, Rock, Antonia, Kornelius.

i talked to all of them but it seems like they didn't count me vincent (i don't see him in the quest log)

The real question is: Where do I find all these NPCs to get my rewards from them for letting them carry water and ♥♥♥♥? I know they sleep in the refugee slum, but since it's not possible to wake them up and talk to them, what do I do? Do I really have to guess when they start working and try to snipe the right moment or wait the entire day there??

You may find NPC at gate, near refuges camp during day while they are carying water. I did it around 4-5 pm

when i did it i had 1 women show up before hand. then later on i had 4 man near the stairs and 2 near the pillars. spoke too all and put those i dislike taking out the ♥♥♥♥

Theresa did give me a request for someone the first time I did the quet but not the second time.

The first time when she did show up i had already completed courtship.
the second time when she did not I had not completed courtship.

Not sure that has anything to do with it.
She may just put herslef in the quest if you do it at a certain time of day. Not sure.

i'm not shure about that since the first time i did it she showed up but the quest bugged and the 5th guy didn't came to the meeting, i reloaded my save and all went fine but Theresa didn't show up this time, i had done the courtship quest before.

On my second playthrough she didn't show up either and i didn't do the courtship quest.
