Pay 700 groschen to progress?

I have to talk to Sir Radzig for my quest, but when I talk to him he says Beat it, or "get out of here". Then i can pay 700 Groschen to talk to him, and then i can continue my quest. What can i do about this?

I'd guess your reputation with the people of rattay is very bad, so he treats you like most people do; disrespectfully.

So you commited a Crime and needs to pay for it. I've so far only payed 15 Groschen because I forgot to pull out my Torch and started a conversation... and Sir Radzig talks to me everytime without issues.

Oh well i think it has something to do that i keep killing those wayfarers for their armor. Just think its odd that i have to pay to progress. Personally I think they should remove this "pay to talk" or whatever it is from people who provide main quests.

You can pay the fee to get him to speak to you, or improve your reputation with him.

Why do you think it's odd? If you have reputation that bad in a city, of course they dont wanna talk to you.

Not that, i mean that I cant progress the main storyline unless I pay a huge amount, Im lucky i have this but i doubt I will be able to pay again

Well it seems everyone hates me, no one wants to talk to me without having me pay first. I dont know what I did wrong other than kill like 4 wayfarers at max. (No one was even around to see it)

Well when no one knows about it how could my reputation go down? But I just remembered i punched the executioner in the face, I think that might be a reason why me reputation in rattay is -100
