I got arrested after brawling with Lord Capon

I've only been arrested by the Monastery Custodian so far.
But something similar happened during the battle at the end of the Robber Baron quest.
I stabbed one of my allies during the fight, b/c he got in between me and a bad guy.

When the battle was over, everyone cheered, then they all turned on me, including Bernard.

I got arrested after I rescued some soldiers from bandits because I put one out of his misery and they counted it as murder.

If I spar with Bernard using maces, there's a pretty good chance I kill him, AND THEN HE ARRESTS ME FOR MAIMING SOMEONE.
IT'S YOU, YOU ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I MAIMED YOU. DURING TRAINING.
That's when I used cheat engine to hack the money. This is some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ right here.
I'm not gonna load a save and waste training just because they couldn't be bothered to check what would happen if you spar with maces with the guy

If he punched a Lord he would end up hanged. Gallows would be just for all his cheeky comments.

I think I have a pretty good guess why Racek Kobyla protects Henry but Im not at that point in the story so maybe Im wrong :)

The npc AI in this game is actually some of the worse I've seen. They literally just walk into you and then they act like the victim.

I got arrested when I saved Sir Lord Capon, carried to castle, talked with Lords and when I walk out from a room, because I carried stolen bow from hunting mission.
