Gifting Dresses to Theresa?
So how does gifting work in this game? I bought a couple of dresses, of which I assumed could be given to the love interests in the game. I told Theresa I had something for her, picked clothing, and she said how sweet and thanked me. Except I wasn't able to give her the dresses. There was no menu that popped up to choose what to give her, so either the game randomly gave her clothing from my inventory, or it doesn't work as intended. The two dresses I bought are still in my inventory, as well.

I believe that particular feature...is just unfinished.
I gifted jewelry and it never left my inventory.
Also, after reaching "the climax" in a romance, that's it. No more interactions with that NPC regarding romance.

It is really disappointing.

The more I play the game, the clearer it is that this game was not ready for a release. They should have just delayed it.

I think it's broken. I also bought her a dress, but it only gave me the option of giving jewelry or my dagger. (Hint: She probably doesn't need another dagger...)

The silver necklace nor my dagger never left the inventory, though and I think maybe I shouldn't have bought anything at all for her.

Bugged. You don't need either dresses, jewelry, or weaponry in your inventory, you can just "gift" her nothing and she'll say thank you.

Speaking of gifting, has anyone been able to give money to beggars? The game says I can improve my local reputation by giving coins, but none of the beggars I've found has dialogue for giving.

Do I just drop Groshen on the ground near them?

the beggar you can give money to is not the one in town
it's the one you meet when you fast travel

and yes the romance in this game is UNFINISHED,like don't really care about it,no courting(gift) in middle ages,it's just a one off, after you are done then that's it they pretend as regular npc with no change in dialog whatsover

I mean it is an unexpierienced 100 head company and they had limited funds, what they brought us is impressive with this ressources, no doubt. But this game has many loose ends. Romance could have been done way better, wildlife with more animals, more immersion and atmosphere in villages and cities and more activities like smithing, making leather, cooking could have been done better, way more side jobs and random events.

Thank you. It was making me crazy that no one seemed to want my superfluous gold.

I don't mind the content they've created. I mean I've got 50 hours in the game, though a good portion of that is pause menus. But, the game really could have used some more time fixing bugs and dead end quests.

I've ran into numerous bugs that prevent quests from completing, otherwise you are stuck in cutscenes, black screens, infinite load loops, or they just break the whole save system entirely.

Just for instance, 1 small bug I noticed that really bugged me, though it didn't break anything, was the alehouse maid in Uzhitz just standing in place 24/7 after you drink with Father Godwin. She just stands there in front of the tavern door, and you can't even trade with her after the quest.

I'm ignoring several quests because I either ran into game breaking bugs, or they simply have no way of ending without crashing the game.

I mean, just delay the game if it's this bad. 99% of gamers would rather wait than have to spend just as much time on forums asking questions or looking for workarounds.

The alehouse maid in Uzhitz is bugged for me too. And it happened after the sermom part of the quest...

Almost as bad as the camp with full end game gear in it northeast of neuhof. I'm sure that it was for the dev's and play testing, but the fact it's still there is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ shocking... Has the best sword in the game and the best armour in that damn chest lol.

I just finished both Stephanie and Theresa quest lines. Yeah, didn't like how they end. Never really been a fan of, "bang girl, complete questline" romance quests. If there is no other character development, it's just there for fappers. It's always been the weakspot in video game writers. It seems they think all gamers are nothing but horny teenagers.

Same thing happened to me.. It seems there is more than 1 thing unfinished amongst quest bugs, bugs, and performance issues.

Hopefully they get it sorted soon, so they can start adding in new immersive content.
