Scribe Location in Rattay?

I really don't see him anywhere. WTF is with these weird ass placements? I see the icon but I can't find the shop.

if you look on the map the icon shows the tailor and a book, look at the door of the tailors turn around and u will see stairs leading abovec the tailors into where the scribe is, look at this pic and ull see what i mean
