Where can I buy jewelry?

Trying to do boost my charisma as high as I can, but I don't think I've come across anyone selling jewelry yet. Anyone know of someone who sells jewelry? Thanks.

Hmm, whenever I get the message that I've uncovered a bird's nest, I am never able to actually spot it. Do I need to shoot it down from a nearby tree or something?

I'm using high charisma for succeeding in charisma checks.
