Where are the lockpicks sold?

I've been trying to find lockpicks for the last 4 hours of my gameplay. I just can't find any.
In some threads people mentioned Millers selling them but millers don't have the "trade" dialogue option..?

I've completed a bunch of quests for the millers by now and they just keep giving new ones and still no trade option..

Dude i have the SAME exact problem as you. I can't find them ANYWHERE!

Uhm, the trade option isn't marked as trade.
First you have to ask one if you can sell stolen goods to them, then there will be an option "sell stolen goods" or sth alike. That's the trade option and it should be available since you brought the copper ring to the second miller.

The trader Talmberg inside the keep area he has 10, not sure if they refresh or how often.

I found a few on bandits and such, but it's not like I run into bandits all day everyday..
None of the merchants sell the stuff, neither do Blacksmiths (which would have made sense since they're little metal things). Millers only give activity quests and never lockpicks.

I'm completely shut off from a whole skill/perk tree because I don't have the items required to level it up.

Votava only had 10 and he hasn't refreshed in the last 24 in-game days.

You mean Peshek? I brought the bath-house ring and the documents from the Ratthaus to him and he just gave me another quest so I declined. I have yet to complete a quest for the Miller north of Rattay on the riverbank.

what the ♥♥♥♥ do you mean "only" 10? That's at least double the whole amount i used in an entire playthrough

I'm actually talking about the very first quest from him, where you get the ring from the executioner, then show it the Peshek and bring it to Woyzek. After this, you should have been able to ask them if you can sell stolen goods to them.
(The sell stolen goods option opens the trade menu, so that you can choose to buy lockpicks and sell anything)

1. Swear words really aren't called for in this discussion.
2. I had about 12 at one point but they all disappeared somehow. I didn't use/waste them, they were there at one point, and gone in the next.

Any of the Millers once you do the first quest for him (can also fence stolen goods to him too) and really a bunch of traders have them. Just have to use your head, a stand up good samarittan trader who says "god be with you" won't have lockpicks, a gruffy skinny ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ who says "yes, what is it" will probably sell some. Stuff like that.

I find lockpicks on bandits.
Do the activities for Bernard to eliminate bandit camps and you can find some on them. If you're not suited for combat, wait til nighttime and stealth knockout them one-by-one.

Yup, same thing happened to me. Never had one break after Skalitz and 10+ in Inventory, but suddenly there was only one left.

I kept missing it because I was actually looking for the trade icon next to the dialogue like all the other merchants have, yknow? But yeah, thank you <3

Murdering wayfarer mercs drops a couple once in a while. Woyzeck always has 20 for sale.
