In short
Pour wine into the cauldron.
Place your ingredients onto the mantle for easy access. (Note you can do this by looking at the recipe book)
Grind two handfuls of Belladonna using the mortar and pestle, then place them in the dish.
Place one handful of Nettle into the cauldron.
To get the cauldron boiling, pull the Bellows six times.
Allow the mixture to boil for two sandglass (hourglass) turns.
Dump the ground Belladonna in your dish into the cauldron.
Pull the Bellows three more times to keep it hot.
Allow the potion to boil for one more turn of the sandglass.
Grab a nearby Phial and pour the potion from the cauldron into the Phial.
In her house you can easily rob a chest with pretty much everything she has to sell (she won't even notice!) including over 10 of every sort of herb and... books tons of books (it's a easy lock)
Belladona can be found just west (and a wee bit north) of the Rattay executionors house. If you look west there is a road, then a wood, at the edge of the wood there is usually Belladonna. It is a green plant with a wee bit of purple on it.
Otherwise it is cheap to purchase at apothocaries.
I have unlimited saving enabled so I'd rather make other potions.
You can actually skip the sandglass part, you don't need to use it.
