Where to find lockpicks in Rattay?

I broke all the ones Miller gave me and yes I understand he sells them after you get the ring to him... but HOW am I going to give him that ring if I dont have any lockpicks? I broke all the ones his gives for training and im out.

I checked all the traders in Rattay and none of them sell any?

I dont know in Rattay but in Sasau, every morning or so, a thief runs away... and he always drops picks it seems.

eh figured out you can just use speech to buy the ring from the executioner.

Everytime I break a pick because d is being pressed I fly to the right and then can't speak to the miller again nor do I have lock picks, good job I saved at the Mill just before. This great game is marred by the dumbest sh17

You can usually buy them off millers after you finish Peshek's quest.
