At Your Service My Lady (FAILED, timer?)
I failed this quest in the middle of walking through a town. Is there a timer on this quest or is it a bug?

Yeah quests have a time limit in this game. I think the Lady tells you that the gifts need to be ready in a week when she gives you the quest.
