Where is the Bailiff of Uzhitz?

Spoilers so... ya.

Doing the limp guy quest got to the priest but didn't booze all night now he won't help. I have to speak with Raditz whatever his name it :P, yet no quest marker so no clue where HE is. No idea where the bailiff is either, talking to villagers only gives me the info about the priest or how the limp guy went to church.

Well, you should start getting used to not having markers when looking for certain people cuz it will happen again. Look around like I did and go up to people to see who they are, you will find him.

Thats too much ground to cover, I know what he looks like I just have no clue where he is, his "rathaus" so to speak. I don't fancy spending hours upon hours finding 1 guy. So any help would be appreciated.

For anyone who still has no idea where the bailiff is. If you go to the archery range and start a archery competition for 70 coins (the master competition btw, in which you need to bullseye pretty much every shot or you lose..) the bailiff is one of the 2 NPC contenders. After the competition you can talk to him (assuming you've talked to the priest already) so he can send you to rattay.
