Sabotage arrows in camp

Is there a way to do this without being instantly atacked by a whole camp?
It's like this action instantly aggros everybody, no matter if they see you or no.

I don't think so. I can at least understand the idea that setting fire to barrels of arrows would cause that. What I don't understand though, is how placing poison in a pot of food causes the exact same thing. So basically, I had to place poison in the pot, quickly bolt over to set fire to the arrows, run out the side and whistle for my horse and just run.

I did manage to poison food without being spoted

Well that's weird, maybe it is a bug. Whenever I place the poison in the pot, people come running from all over the camp to kill me.

I've been wondering that too. I think you may have to kill a Cumin and wear his armour.

I killed everyone, then sabotaged it. They were back for the fight later though. Urgh.

I did that, but still they saw me. But killing the whole camp by yourself should give something at least. A Rambo achievement or Sir Radzig's respect. Not bad, pal.

The Cuman armor does not help you if you get seen pouring the poison into the pot. It's the same as picking a lock, anyone around that can spot you doing it and you're toast.
Sneak and make sure there is no one sitting or standing around in the dark somewhere. Especially the Cumans like to stand in the dark without a torch, assuming you are doing this at nighttime of course.
As for the arrows... do it at the end after you scout the whole camp and poisened the food. I started at the top next to the church and ran down to the cuman campside, setting fire to the arrows when passing them and then out into the forest at the back of the camp through the little hut (same way I came in).
