How to bandage ?

Im early in the game, you have to grab a horse and ride to the next town..
I was close but my hp was low, I tried to bandage but all i see is give to horse or drop..
I got off the horse and same..

I bled out ...

What am I doing wrong ?

Don't bandage up, just ride the horse ASAP. Make sure you are doing the super fast horse riding and not just the trot medium'ish speed.

Im using left shift an w , I outran the archer that was chasing me on his horse..

I stopped to bandage but had no option...

So I have to learn a perk ?

Anyway I'll try again and hope I make it..

dont get hit? you are not supposed to fight. just save or dont save people and flee

I didnt fight. I got on the horse and there was a cut scene with 3 soldiers chasing me, I swayed from side to side while the horse sprinted but I got hit with arrows anyway

Once you have learned the first aid (?) you will hit E to use a bandage

IIRC you learn it, or i picked it, right after that fight because of concerns over future undesirable peforations like that one.

double press the left shift to gain top speed, otherwise you're doomed, and then go straight along the way, no swerving

Glad you were able to resolve your issue on your own, despite all the comments saying "try harder," "maybe don't get hit??," "git gud!!"

I've had to Google several issues with this game and there's always at least one prick in every thread. Disappointing to see that the Kingdom Come community sucks so hard.
