Rattay Jail

I'm currently on the quest to interrogate Jezhek in Rattay Jail and the marker simply leads me to a random spot above ground. So I imagine that the jail is below ground but I can't work out where the entrance is, can someone please explain?
In frustration I saved and then went on a rampage massacring many guards and townspeople then suddenly came across Jezhek just standing next to the Rattay armourer so it's not a bug, he hasn't disappeared it's just the marker is either wrong or it's underground.

ik where it is, its hard to find. U have to unlock a door above ground then g down

the jail entrance is on the other side of the tailer, and underneath the scribe. once inside the room go to the left and then to the right down a staircase, his cell should be the one furthers away from the stair case.

and it is underground

I still can't find it behind the tailor, nothing but barrels, one very hard lock (I have the jail key so can't see why it would be that door unless bug)
I'm losing my mind looking for the damn jail house lol

Okay, I found it, holy smokes that was strange for a jailhouse location

LOL yea i was wandeirng round that area for awhile before i sorted that basement thing after breaking into several rooms with lockpicking.

It's below the Ratthaus. Take the door across the Tailor and then the door to your left.
