ratty keep. where you met Sir Radzig after the sacking of Skalitz. his room is on the second floor up the stairs last door on the left. you're welcome.

The problem I had with this quest is he's in Rattay in the south castle behind a 'very hard' locked door on the second floor in the back left. I had to speak with Radzig to start a quest where I'm supposed to assist him before I could manage to get in to speak with him.
