Antonious. Just kill him and take his die for the fastest option. The best option (take him for Justice) is a lot more complicated

no idea how to get the confess. i just grabed him on the way to mass carryed him out side then stabed him to death

It'll take me forever to explain and I'm about to go to bed. Just make it obvious to the other novices that you're looking for someone. And stay true to your schedule at the Monastary. At meal time, sit at the table that Antonius sits at and eventually at the end of meal time you will be poisoned. The rest is self explanatory, just agree with what he says and betray him at the end.

If more people actually want me to, I will make a proper guide on how to do this rather than this quick mash up.

You can just kill him when everyone is asleep. To get out you would need strong lockpicking skills.

I snapped after they put me in jail for nothing and killed everyone. Just another option... Sadly the prior is immune.

I explained in my spoiler tag earlier that it is very much possible to send Pious to Sir Radzig. Albeit it takes time and was a bugger to learn myself

The other novices don't care when you tell them, heck one can even help

Here:

• Tell Antonidas the first time you met him to help you find the criminal.
  
• Get a lockpick and open the chest in the dorm with a dagger in it.
  
• Talk to Antonidas again and question him about the dagger.
  
• He will poison your food the next day and you can advance the quest.
  
• Do whatever the quest tells you to.
  
• Capture him when you escaped.
