Kill pursuer in quest Run! ?

Did anyone succeed in killing the pursuing Cuman soldier during the quest Run? I am not talking about the 3 rapists, but the single soldier that is spawned at the exit from Skalitz.
I am guessing an experienced player maybe would be able to kill him before encountering Theresa and the rapists.
This would give a boost and some nice equipment early on.

Is it possible?

Nope, at that point in the game Henry can barely handle a sword and those guys are trained soldiers, you are just supposed to run. You can try to distract the rapists, allowing Theresa to escape (she will remember this), but then you'll have to run like the wind!

I know, thats what I did. But as far as I can tell there is also a rather large element of player skill in this. So I was wondering if anyone had tried and succeded in killing him :-) Thought it would be rather cool if the totally green young blacksmith could kill a fully trained soldier :-)
