Corrupted save game, 10 hour progress gone

Failed to load save game. If you have a save game from Hans' hunting mission, please upload and share. I won't be starting over from the beginning, since half the game is unskippable cutscenes.

how did you survive 10 hours. Sorry for your loss. There should be a automatic save state. You get one after the horse chase.

I saved often. But when I was in the forest, the game complained and said I had 30 maxed out saves. So I deleted all the saves and saved a new game. The game crashed after the cutscene with Hans being in bed, then the save game didn't load.

And yes, I did die a couple of times, trying to save Theresa and what not.

Never delete your savegames. All your savegames. Sorry. Always do backups before deleting something on your computer. It might be important.

You could try to reset your pc to a date where your save game is functioning. It might work. It might be difficult. It might be too much work or even not possible on Win 10.

C:\Users\USERNAME\Saved Games\kingdomcome\saves\playline0

If I don't find a savegame, the game will go into the bin until act 3.

Cutscenes are skippable mate. All of them. During the movie scenes just press 'esc' then hold down 'esc' and it should skip the movie, and conversations can be skipped through 'right clicking' or the 'space bar'.
