Siege: How can I get Brother Nicodemus and Jehanka to come to Talmberg?

I've healed the 3 people I can, and paid the custodian to bring more supplies, but when I talk to Jehanka she doesn't acknoweledge either of these things

everything involvning Johanka and Nicodemus seems completely bugged. I'm trying to send Nicodemus to Talmberg (optional sawbones quest). He tells me to ask Johanka for details about the trouble around there but she won't talk to me. Most likely due to the fact that I had to fail the earlier quest where I'm supposed to help heal the five people in her infirmary, but that's kind of difficult when only 2 of them appear...

Had to went there... Everything involving these motherf'ers makes me mad.
