How to use a bath house?

Talked to the NPC, paid the money and then I was standing there, not knowing what to do. When I go to a bathing zuber, it tells me I won't get more clean with a bathing zuber, I should use the service of a bathing house.

So the question is, did I automatically receive the service from the bath house when I paid the money and is there no sequence or a timeskip that indicates I and my clothing got washed?

Uhh well if your clothes have no dirt on them, then it worked, as water tubs dont clean all the dirt off your clothes.. Meaning the black or red splats on the clothes.
