How do you get the blood and cuts off of Henrys face?

I have literally gone through a lot the game now and he still has the blood and cuts on his face, do they never go away?

I took a bath at the bath house and they went away.

You dont need to go to a bath house all the time. There are water troughs every where in towns you can wash your face in too.

Also wash basins outside of buildings and homes.

Using a bathhouse will get you clean clothes, clean body and your wounds will be healed. You can also use a trough scattered in villages and towns to wash your face but unlike a bathhouse it won't heal you. You'll have to rest to heal yourself.
