Quetion about "A woman scorned" quest

Where is the non-paying costumer..I see the waypoint for him but I don't which person he is.

during the day he's sitting inside the inn, later i think he will back to his house; just follow the quest marker

The problem is the quest marker isn't specific enough. There are several people in that area, and with no decription to go off of, there's no way to know who it is. They should update the info tag so when you highlight the right person it says 'non paying customer'. I gave up on this quest after trying to pick pocket 3 different characters and someone always witnesses it.

I went back to it today and got lucky. The guy was in the tavern sitting beside another guy who was wearing the exact same outfit lol. They were drinking together so maybe that will help you find the right person? They are both labelled as 'Villager' just like everyone else in the area, not very helpful! Anyway, I waited until the tavern maid left the area and pick pocketed both of them. If you have the ability that lets you see items without having to uncover each one, it makes it a lot easier. The item you're looking for isn't the usual coin icon picture, it's a brown bag so at least that part stands out.
