Quest Bug : If You Can't Beat Em

I believe my questline is bugged. When I go to the Sasau monestary to speak to the wounded loudmouth I only have the option to pickpocket him. I thought it might've been because he wasn't healed due to me not having the "In Gods Hands" quest finished, but after completing that quest he still wasn't able to be spoken to. Anyone having the same issues or know of a fix?

Nope, was hoping to see more answers throughout the night but I haven’t gotten anything yet.

same here i think the guy died earlier in my quest because i didnt save him but now some random villager is here.
I tried killing him in his sleep and it solved the quest but i didnt get anything to move on.

Just found a solution. Completely ignore the monestary. Luckily there are a few ways of completing this quest. First talk to the tanner in southern Sasau and tell him you'll take care of the brawlers in the back at night. In order to proceed I had to fight all of them in order according to what Punch (Their leader) told me to do. After beating them all including Punch he'll tell you where the mercenaries are meeting and being hired, didn't need to go to the monestary for anything. The first four fights aren't too bad, but Punch took me about 10 minutes to take down. But after I beat him he told me where the meeting place was, hope this helps you guys out.

Yeah i figured the same thing thanks to some other guy.
Thanks I do confirm this is the way to accomplish it, being emprisoned after the fight I didnt think about talking to them again and got stuck.

Yeah I decided to google my issue and I saw someone mention this was another way to complete the quest. But I can confirm it works, I just completed that quest and I'm moving on to another. I'm glad there are multiple ways to complete quests, that bug would've been game breaking until they fixed it.

PC: I have First Aid III, wounded man was invisble. I looked, press "use" and it said he was not responding, talk to Johanka. Man is not on cot. Now I can sit or sleep on the cot. Only option on all of them is pickpocket. I will go to Tanner.
