In czech, the word "kurva" has been in the middle europe since forever.
F word is literally being used instead of kurva in the game, while it means the same thing (first meant ♥♥♥♥♥, but more recently in the 1300s, ♥♥♥♥, or immense furstration.
Theres many origins for the F-word. Kurva comes from SLAVIC branch, meaning the same as ♥♥♥♥, while from GERMANIC version was created in 16th century.
Remember that not every word thats basically meaning the same come from the same language branch.
Some words were invented before for the F-word in other branches. Even some gaelic f-word (dont remember it now) was invented way in the 600s if not earlier for the CELTIC branch of language family.
Shhh don't tell people that, it'll ruin the immersion and "realism" of the game.
You did get my point though?
If they would be ACTUALLY TALKING slavic language like they did in bohemia back in the days, they did have a F-word, which it is being translated to.
