Blood on weapons is cleaned by repairing them (vendor, kit from inventory, or grindstone for swords).

Clothes/armor can be partially cleaned by tubs of water.

If you want it really clean, go to the baths.

Weird, I went to a bathhouse to clean my clothes, also repaired my sword on a grindstone, but it is still bloody.

repairing on grindstone is really pain in the ass are u sure u did it correctly ? is the condition 100 ?

I don't think the condition has to be 100. The blood on my sword vanished after increasing the health of my sword via a grindstone from like 67 to 70 or something like that, didn't take long for the blood to vanish.

Find a deep body of water and stroll around in it. If it's deep enough it will clean your armor.

It's too bad we can't just clean our blades by wiping them off on cloth, like a cleaning cloth, our own clothes, or an enemy's sleeve.
