Found full Black Plate Armor set + Weapons on lvl 9

Is this normal? I was riding on my horse and explored a little camp.. i open a chest and it was full of Black Plated Armor with everything for it.. clothing and weapons..

And it's not considered stolen...

So is this normal?

EDIT: The set is worth like 6k

i mean i thought the game had progression but wow it's like im fully kitted now for just opening a random chest without lockpicking it

Yep the loots are there for me too! Along with over 4k worth of weapons too. Nice find man. I actually completely overlooked this chest before. Won't be making that mistake again!

Pretty sure it's not black, just odd lighting in the inventory preview that makes it look black.

I stumbled on it too as it's near an early quest in the game, it seems it's not intended to be found by low level players.
